All engagements require a minimum 12-month commitment. This is because BPU is permanent infrastructure, not a project. The value compounds over time as more capabilities are built and more systems are connected.
BPU allocation can be adjusted upward during the contract term. At annual renewal, clients on multi-year contracts may request a reduction of up to 50% of current annual BPU. This ensures infrastructure stability while allowing flexibility.
Each BPU has a fixed price stated in the quotation. Committed BPU is included in your flat monthly payment. If you need additional capacity above your monthly maximum, Flex BPU is available at a premium rate. Clients who prepay or commit to multi-year terms receive Bonus BPU at no additional cost.
