We’re looking for our Head of Growth – a hands-on sales leader who will help expand BrainPack globally, bring in new enterprise clients, and play a key role in shaping our future growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Enterprise Sales: Work directly with new and existing enterprise clients – meetings, demos, and closing deals.
  • Network & Relationships: Use your industry connections to open doors and expand our reach
  • Growth Strategy: Build and optimize the sales process as we scale.
  • Global Expansion: Identify and set up resellers, distributors, and partners worldwide.
  • Direct Impact: Work closely with the CEO and influence the company’s direction.

Requirements

  • Native or High Level English and Hebrew
  • Proven experience in B2B enterprise sales – closing deals, not just generating leads.
  • Strong communication skills in English (Hebrew a plus).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset – self-starter, proactive, able to own the entire sales cycle.
  • Existing network in ERP/CRM/AI or tech industry – a big advantage.
