We are building a serious enterprise product — and now we’re building the growth engine behind it.
We’re looking for our Head of Growth – a hands-on sales leader who will help expand BrainPack globally, bring in new enterprise clients, and play a key role in shaping our future growth.

The Role: Full-Cycle Ownership
This is a high-impact, hands-on role. You will act as the engine of our sales operations—serving as your own Lead Generator, SDR, BDR, and Account Executive. You will own the entire lifecycle, taking ownership of the process from the very first touchpoint through to the final signature.
Building on Proven Success
You are joining a company with a verified track record. BrainPack is already trusted by high-end enterprise clients. You will step in to nourish these key relationships and close the active prospects currently in our pipeline.
However, to achieve our next stage of growth, you must be a hunter. You will leverage the credibility of our existing client portfolio to:
- Generate & Qualify: Actively open new doors, find your own leads, and validate opportunities.
- Engage & Demonstrate: Lead expert discovery calls and run tailored demos.
- Build the Case: Create compelling business cases and ROI narratives.
- Negotiate & Close: Manage complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise negotiations.
- Handover: Ensure a seamless transition from closed deal to the delivery team.

What You Will Own (A–Z)
Full-Cycle Enterprise Sales (Personally)
No one does this for you. You own it end-to-end.
Pipeline Creation (From Zero)
- Build your own pipeline from scratch
- Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM, outreach tools
- Track and manage opportunities independently
- Forecast realistically and transparently
Go-To-Market & Growth
- Define the initial go-to-market strategy
- Identify ICPs, verticals, and priority use cases
- Shape messaging and positioning based on real market feedback
- Create a repeatable sales motion that can later scale
Leadership (Later Stage)
Only after traction is proven:
- Help define when and how to hire SDRs / AEs
- Train and mentor future sales team members
- Transition from “solo closer” to team leader

- A role with inbound leads waiting for you
This is a build-it-yourself growth role.
Required Experience
Must-Have
- 7+ years in B2B enterprise sales (SaaS / ERP / CRM / Tech)
- Proven experience closing enterprise deals personally
- Experience owning the entire sales cycle A–Z
- Strong cold outreach skills
- Excellent English (written & spoken)
- Experience working closely with founders
Strong Advantage
- ERP / CRM / business systems sales experience
- Experience in startups or building sales from zero
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems
- Experience selling to CIOs, CTOs, CFOs, COOs1
Compensation
- Base salary: Startup-appropriate, competitive
- Commissions: Performance-based, uncapped
- Equity / Options: Available for the right long-term partner
- Employment model: Full-time salary (invoice-based model may be considered)
